A couple of night ago I overheard Bella talking on the phone to one of her friends. All of this is pretend mind you~ the phone, the friend, even the 'other end' of the conversation~ When I heard Bella say "oh you need to call me back? Okay please call me back at 555-1234 talk"

I guess we really are living in a new generation, one in which my child believes the talk button is part of her phone number.

Her life~ our stories~ it just doesn't get much better than this!!!

Oh~Please do not try and call me at the 555-1234 number, for it is also pretend ; )

Oh my, your Bella is a cutie pie and sounds like a personality to match. Thanks for stopping by our blog and for your prayers. I am so grateful to those whom the Lord encourages to pray for our family...we are blessed by your prayers. Can't wait to spend some time on your blog. We are Disney frequent flyers too. Have a wonderful day!

oh totally, my daughter pretends to talk on the phone too. and it's funny, notice they always assume that phones are cellphones and not corded! out are the old corded phones i grew up with.

Aren't they just too smart for us???

How cute is that?? I laugh that I grew up perfectly fine without cell phones and now ours are our sons favorite toy. We gave Luke an old one and he loves to "call grandma and grandpa".
Have a great week!!

Katie (and Tony) June 17, 2008 at 8:11 PM

Our kids have no idea the generation they are living in....Jack was watching Winnie the Pooh or some cartoon and needed to go potty...So, he asked me to pause the TV. And he went to Tony the other day, sad because he missed something on Hanny Manny. So, what does Tony do? Rewind the TV so Jack can see the part he missed.

If only there was a rewind, playback and pause button in real life....

So cute!

That is too funny!! My girls pull out anything they can find to make a phone. I guess with mom, dad, brother, and sister on cell phones, they don't want to be left out!

Bella is adorable! I look forward to reading your updates. :-)
